Team member since June 2005. Main focus includes data management, project leader on research studies, assay development, implementation, and troubleshooting for all analyses within the lab. BS in Animal Science from Washington State University. (GO COUGS!!).

Lynn VanWieringen         

Lab Manager

Team member since October 2009. Main focus includes overseeing the daily quality control of feed results, and overall lab management. PhD in Ruminant Nutrition from Washington State University.

Alma Chavarin           

Lab Technician 1
Team member since 2000. Primary responsibility is wet chemistry feed analysis. Alma also helps with Spanish/English translation.


Madison Door

Lab Technician 1/Office Admin

Team member since September 2012. One of the team members likely to greet you as you enter the lab or call. Main focus is on sample receiving and processing of milk, water, and blood samples. Madison is our primary hops technician.      
 
                                     
Kirstin Meyer
Bookkeeper

Kirstin does the bookkeeping responsibilities for the lab.   


Trent Millin

Team member since April 2017. Trent is our lead milk microbiologist, as well as, runs ELISA’s for BioPryn and Johnes Disease. 


Danielle Charvet

Administrative/ Lab Assistant 

Joined the team in May 2018. One of the team members most likely to greet you as you enter the lab or call. Main responsibility is receiving feed samples and preparing client feed lab results. Dani handles the development of marketing materials for the lab. 


Eneira Alcaide

Lab Technician 1

Our newest team member that joined us Fall 2018. Eneira handles feed sample preparation, plating of milk samples and general cleaning of the lab.


Fred J. Muller           
Owner and practicing bovine practitioner since opening in 2000. Previous three years practiced in Southern California and South West New Mexico emphasizing in milk quality and employee training. DVM from Washington State University in 1997 and BS in Animal Science from Washington State University in 1993.
